Dear parents/guardians of HWC students,
Wells County District Health in partnership with Harvey High School are looking for even more ways to help our community continue to strive and make healthy choices during this time of COVID 19 pandemic.
In order for address the needs of our local students’ mental health, Wells County District Health Unit will conduct a survey that is sponsored by Substance Abuse Prevention Grant. The data collected from the survey will be anonymous.
The survey will take place February 11th 20201. It will be conducted during the school hours. There will be a form available to be opted out if you wish.
